WHAT IS AN AREA FOUNDATION FUND?

Area foundation funds are unique!  They make it possible for every resident and business within our area to come together to make a difference

The Mission of the Louisville Area Foundation is to improve the quality of life in Louisville and surrounding communities by increasing charitable giving and connection donors to community needs.

In 2018, the Louisville Area Foundation (LAF) become an Affiliated Fund of the Midlands Community Foundation.  The Louisville Area Foundation is under the 501(C)3 umbrella of the Midlands Community Foundation allowing the Louisville Area Foundation to be professional managed while Building Community One Gift at a Time.

Previous activities supported through Midlands Community Foundation have included:

• Louisville Ball Parents Association

• Louisville Public Schools Foundation

• Louisville Volunteer Fire & Rescue

• Cass County CASA

• Lofte Community Theatre

• Village of Manley

We encourage you to join the Louisville Area Foundation in supporting our future growth.  Your input on potential projects to fund and the direction you want for the community is very important to our foundation board members and donors.
